How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once the return request is approved.
- Returned items must be shipped in the original box or similar packaging, if a return item is damaged during transport to us due to poor packaging it will not be eligible for a refund and/or credit.
What items are returnable?
- Unused, unworn or defective merchandise with all tags attached for which a return has been requested within 10 days of receipt of your order.
- If a return is being requested due to a deceft in the merchandise please email images of the defect to email@example.com; subject/title of email should be: "Order [Your Order #] -Defect / Damage
- Return requests made 10 days after the date the order was received at the provided ship to address will not be eligible for a refund; however, a store credit can be issued.
- After 30 days, items are considered final sale.
- Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
- Items at full price or with 15% off or less promotional codes are eligible for refunds. However, any purchase made with a 16% off or above promotional code is only eligible for store credit.
Are there any charges for return?
- There is an $8.00 restocking fee on all returns.
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I get my refund?
- When your return arrives at our warehouse your retun will be reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- If approved your refund will be initiated and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
- When your credit posts on your account all depends on your credit provider.
