SHIPPING

We offer FREE GROUND shipping within the continental U.S. on orders over $75.

We cannot edit any order information once an order has been placed.

For expedited orders, we offer 2nd Day shipping for a flat rate of $25 within the continental U.S.

For same day shipping on expedited orders, orders must be placed before 2 PM PST. Orders placed after the cut-off will ship the following business day. 

Expedited 2nd Day Exclusions

  • Saturday and Sunday; therefore, orders placed on Thursday (before 2 PM PST) will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on Friday (before 2 PM PST) will be delivered on Tuesday
  • Hats and bags
  • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the address provided for orders placed without a signature required. 

If you did not receive your order, you must report it to customerservice@b-lowthebelt.com within 2 business days.

For international order shipments, we offer a flat rate of $49. For orders shipping to Canada, we offer a flat rate of $39. Import duties and taxes are due on delivery by the recipient of the shipment, and payment is to be made to the carrier at time of delivery or through the carrier's website if available. A valid phone number and email must be provided at checkout. We do not provide return labels for international shipments. If you would like to return an international order, please email customerservice@b-lowthebelt.com.

Most of our orders ship out within 24 hours of purchase except Friday as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days from the ship date.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Undeliverable orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.

Returned undeliverable orders that are unclaimed within 10 business days will be refunded to the original payment method less the $8.00 restocking fee.

Please note, we do not ship over the weekends or on holidays.
