Holiday Returns & Exchanges

Orders placed between November 17, 2025 and December 14, 2025 are eligible for an extended holiday return/exchange window through January 15, 2026.

Orders placed on or after December 15, 2025 follow our standard 30 day return policy.

All items must be in their original, unworn and with all tags attached. Returns received after the applicable return window will not be accepted.

An $8.00 restocking fee per order will be deducted from all returns for refund.

You can request a return for any unused items up to 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled.

Once you have received your return label, your return must be sent out within 10 days.

We do not provide return labels for international orders.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached in order for a return to be accepted. Items that show sign of wear and/or are missing tags cannot be accepted and will be returned to the address on the order. 

When your return arrives at our warehouse your return will be processed within 4 business days.

Items purchased from a B-Low the Belt retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

All sale items are final sale.
