You can request a return for any unused items up to 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled.

There is an $8 restocking fee on items returned for refund.

We offer free instant exchanges.

Once you have received your return label, your return must be sent out within 10 days.

We do not provide return labels for orders opted out of Checkout+ or international orders.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached in order for a return to be accepted. Items that show sign of wear and/or are missing tags cannot be accepted and will be returned to the address on the order. 

When your return arrives at our warehouse your return will be processed within 4 business days.

Items purchased from a B-Low the Belt retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

All sale items are final sale.
